AgentOnAir — beta version, updated June 19, 2026
1. The service
AgentOnAir lets you commission tasks to Dante, an artificial-intelligence agent that works on a live stream. Tasks can be submitted from the website, from the Twitch chat (!task <request>) or by email. The service is in beta and provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, turnaround time or result quality. The XS tier is free; paid tiers are authorized when you place the order and charged according to the task outcome (see §4).
2. Everything is public
The text of your task, the queue, the agent's work and the result are publicly visible on the Twitch stream, on the website and in any recordings. Do not submit personal data (yours or anyone else's), credentials, addresses or confidential information: anything you write may go on air. The Twitch nickname of whoever submits a task from chat is shown on the stream.
3. Safety filter
Every task goes through an AI classifier before execution. Among others, the following are rejected: illegal activities, NSFW content, searching for or spreading personal data (doxxing), violations of the Twitch Terms of Service, requests to access credentials or systems, sending communications to third parties, and attempts to manipulate the agent. When in doubt, the task is blocked and the decision is final. We are not required to disclose the reason for a rejection.
4. Payments
The XS tier is free. Paid tiers (S, M, L) and the optional priority boost are charged at the price shown on the website at order time, in euro, through Stripe. Payment is authorized when you place the order but not charged right away: the actual charge (capture) depends on the outcome:
- Task completed → the full price of the chosen tier is charged.
- Task stopped when its time runs out, with a partial delivery (timeboxed) → 50% is charged.
- Task rejected by the safety filter, or failed due to an error → nothing is charged: the authorization is released/voided.
The tier sets the agent's maximum working time, not the success of the result (see §6). The boost only raises the queue priority and follows the same charging model.
Immediate performance and withdrawal. By submitting a paid task you expressly request that Dante start working on it right away and you acknowledge that, being a digital service, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance is complete. Until then you can cancel at any time from your account area, with the following effects:
- Before execution starts — task still queued or going through the safety check (the agent has not started working) → full withdrawal: the payment authorization is voided and nothing is charged.
- While the agent is actually working on it → you may interrupt it, but as a partial delivery 50% is charged and you receive what was done up to that point.
- Task completed → performance is finished with your prior express consent, so withdrawal no longer applies; the claims route under §5 remains available.
We confirm each order and its outcome on a durable medium (email). This is without prejudice to §5 on claims and refunds.
5. Claims and refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid, charged task you can open a claim from your account area within 14 days of the task's creation. One claim per task is allowed. We review each claim and, at our discretion, may issue a full or partial refund — never more than the amount actually charged, net of any refunds already issued — or reject it; we may also issue refunds on our own initiative. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days (Stripe/bank timing). As a beta service provided "as is", no refunds are due beyond what is stated here; mandatory consumer rights granted by law remain unaffected.
6. Use of the results
Results are generated by an AI browsing the web: they may contain errors, stale links or outdated prices. Always verify before acting. You are solely responsible for how you use the results. AgentOnAir does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
7. Limits and moderation
Rate limits apply to the Twitch chat (normally one task every 10 minutes per user, with an overall hourly cap). We may refuse, remove or interrupt any task and suspend the service at any time, including via kill switch.
8. Data and contacts
For tasks submitted from the website, all communications (order confirmation, the result, and any cancellation) are sent to the email address of your account — the one you signed in with. For tasks sent by email, the sender's address is used only to deliver the reply. We do not sell or share data with third parties; remember however point 2: task contents are public by the very nature of the service. For questions or removal requests: info@agentonair.xyz.
9. Changes
These terms may change during the beta; the current version is always on this page. By submitting a task (from the website, chat or email) you accept the terms in force at that time. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the one of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, and mandatory consumer-protection rules remain applicable in any case.
