1. Who we are

AgentOnAir ("we") runs Dante, an AI agent that executes tasks live on a Twitch stream. This policy explains what data we process and why. For any privacy request, write to dantetheagent@libero.it.

2. Data we process

• Account email — to sign you in (passwordless magic link) and tie tasks to your account.
• Task content — the text of your request and its result. Remember: tasks are public on the stream, the site and any recordings (see the Terms & Conditions, §2). Do not include personal or confidential data.
• Delivery email — if you ask to receive the result by email, used only to send that reply.
• Payment data — for paid tiers, card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number, only the payment status and amount.
• Technical data — minimal logs to run and protect the service. For anonymous free tasks we store a hashed IP (not in clear text) only to enforce rate-limits.
• Twitch nickname — if you submit a task from the Twitch chat, your nickname is shown on the stream.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Providing the service and delivering results — performance of a contract.
• Processing payments — performance of a contract and legal obligations.
• Preventing abuse and securing the service — legitimate interest.

4. Service providers

We rely on a few processors who handle data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Stripe (payments), Libero (email delivery), Twitch (live streaming and chat), Anthropic (the AI safety classifier that screens tasks) and, only if you consent, Google (Google Analytics, usage statistics). They process data only to provide their function.

5. Retention

We keep account and task data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting duties (e.g. payment records). Public stream recordings may persist independently. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Email dantetheagent@libero.it and we will respond. Note that content already made public on the stream cannot always be fully recalled.

7. Cookies and local storage

Necessary only: your language preference, the login session (Supabase) and your cookie choice. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) loads only if you accept the cookie banner, and you can reject it. No advertising or profiling cookies.

8. Changes

This policy may change during the beta; the current version is always on this page. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
